Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) BC55 account only. Owning more than one account — whether under a different name, phone number, IP address, device, or financial details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

By registering a BC55 account, you agree to:

All withdrawals from your BC55 account will be processed to the same account or e-wallet used for your deposit. BC55 enforces a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy — you are not permitted to withdraw via a different method from the one used to make your deposit.

• All bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the BC55 system are final and cannot be cancelled or altered by the member.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and betting market. These limits are subject to change at BC55's discretion.
• In the event of a technical disruption, server issue, or system failure during an active game, BC55 reserves the right to void or cancel all affected bets and return the wagered amount to the member's account balance.

For live sports betting on Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, or e-sports matches, odds may change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds that apply are those recorded by the BC55 system at the moment the bet is accepted, not the odds displayed when the member clicks the bet button.

Platform Usage BC55 is subject to the following prohibited activities. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances and winnings:

• Registering or operating more than one BC55 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to access or interact with the BC55 platform.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, falsification of information, or fake identity verification.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or unfairly exploit bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Using the BC55 platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
• Using a credit card or financial account that does not belong to you to make a deposit at BC55.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise BC55's systems, servers, or databases in any way.
• Acting in an abusive, threatening, or harassing manner toward BC55 customer support staff.

BC55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate the account of any member for the following reasons:

• Violating any provision of these BC55 Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Activities suspected to involve fraud or money laundering.
• Requests from Malaysian law enforcement authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may also request to close their BC55 account at any time by contacting BC55 customer support via live chat or email. Prior to account closure, all active bonus rollover requirements must be fulfilled, or the relevant bonuses will be forfeited. Any valid cash balance will be returned to the member once the verification process is complete.

Platform BC55 provided on an "as-is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, BC55 is not liable for:
